About the mod
World of Dreams is a narrative-focused visual mod for Doki Doki Literature Club! created by morbiusgreen. In this story, the player suddenly awakens inside the world of DDLC, taking over the body of the original protagonist, Meiji Chizu, while Meiji himself remains as a voice inside your mind. Together, you attempt to prevent the tragic events of the original game, interact with Sayori, Natsuki, Yuri, and Monika, visit new and familiar locations, and explore alternate timelines.
The mod expands the emotional depth of the characters, features romantic and dramatic elements, and provides a significantly longer and more detailed storyline than the base game.

Installation instructions
- Download the mod archive
- Unpack the archive contents into the Doki Doki Literature Club game folder
- Make sure the archive files replace the original game files
- Launch the game via DDLC.exe
- Enjoy the mod!
